Before Payment Done

1. Find your order under the "Awaiting Payment" list, select the order you want to pay for, and then "proceed to checkout". Please note that you can only proceed to checkout after the order passes review.

2. Click the "Invoice" button in the bottom right corner to go to the correct webpage and download the invoice.

Please download the appropriate invoice according to the different payment methods.

After Payment Done

If you want to get the invoice after payment, there are three cases:

1. If you want to get the invoice after payment but while the order is still in production status:

a. Find the order under the "Production Status" list.

b. Locate the order you just paid for and then click "Invoice" to download the invoice.

2. If you want to get the invoice during the delivery process:

a. Find the order under the "Delivery" list.

b. Then click "Invoice" to download the invoice.

3. If you want to get the invoice after the order is completed, even if you have already received the boards:

a. Find the order under the "Completed" list.

b. Then click "Invoice" to download the invoice.
