1. Our engineers are on duty 24/7 (for PCBs).

For standard FR4/aluminum/Rogers PCB orders, quotes will be completed within 10 minutes.

For other special standard PCB orders, quotes will be completed within 0.5-3 hours.

For FPC orders, quotes will be completed within 0.5-2 hours.

Quotes for Advanced PCB/Rigid-Flex orders will be completed within 4-8 hours during Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM GMT+8.

If it's urgent, you can contact the sales representative or Livechat online to expedite the review process (No Livechat online duty after 18:00 on Saturday).

2. Assembly orders require BOM or related non-Gerber files and will be treated as special cases. Quotes for assembly orders will be completed within 1-2 days (except for some shared project orders, which may have BOM issues that need confirmation with the author, leading to uncertain quotation times).

3. CNC/3D orders will be quoted within 0.5-2 hours during Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, GMT+8. Outside of working hours, the review process will also be completed within 6-12 hours. If it's urgent, you can contact the sales representative to expedite the review process.
