Assembly service:

• 1.Please fill in total quantity of single PCBs.

• 2.Pay attention:Due to the diversity of components, there are usually many things need to be paid attention to while doing assembly, such as whether it needs to be baked before mounting, whether there are special requirements about welding temperature, corrosion resistance, humidity, etc. Our engineers will check all the information, but it is still inevitable that there will be omissions. So it'll be much better that you can hightlight the special requirements in advance.

• 3.Number of Unique Parts:The total number of SMDs on each board (including fine pitch and leadless) They can be left blank if you're not sure about the number of Unique Parts, SMT Parts, BGA/QFP Parts or THT parts.

• 4.Number of Unique Parts:The number of component types on each board (listed in the BOM) They can be left blank if you're not sure about the number of Unique Parts, SMT Parts, BGA/QFP Parts or THT parts.

• 5.Number of SMD Parts:The total number of SMDs on each board (including fine pitch and leadless) They can be left blank if you're not sure about the number of Unique Parts, SMT Parts, BGA/QFP Parts or THT parts.

• 6.Number of BGA/QFP Parts:Number of ICs with more than 16pins and SMD irregular parts with more than 10pins on each board. (SOP,QFP,QFN,BGA) They can be left blank if you're not sure about the number of Unique Parts, SMT Parts, BGA/QFP Parts or THT parts.

• 7.Number of Through-Hole Parts:The total number of THT parts on each board (DIP NO.) They can be left blank if you're not sure about the number of Unique Parts, SMT Parts, BGA/QFP Parts or THT parts.

Step 4: Go to your shopping cart, and click the "Add PCB File" button to upload the file.

Notice: When the file is uploaded successfully, the audit status of the order will be changed to "Subject to audit".
We will finish review of your order in 10 mins or less 5 mins (Except SMT or Advanced PCB, special order!).

Step 5:  Select the "Awaiting Payment" menu, check the "Pass, Payment" status of the order, and then proceed to checkout.

One Payment, One Shipment!

1.      The purpose of order combination is to save shipping cost. If your schedule for your PCBs is not tight, combine your orders and ship together.

2.      By combining all these orders to one Group and pay now, you hereby confirm all these orders will be shipped together around xx-xx-xx. This is the date that we can finish your last PCB order in this ORDER GROUP, and we may need some extra time for express company (No Service On Sunday) to pick up your package.

3.      If there exists expedited order(s), or you need some regular order(s) to be shipped earlier, please tick the order(s) and pay separately so that we can ship as scheduled for the specific order(s).

4.      We strongly suggest you pay for your orders on or before 8:30GMT, so that our factory can start fabrication the same day immediately.
